Prenatal ultrasonography imaging showed a voluminous, solid and heterogeneous hepatic mass. A Two-dimensional ultrasonography revealed a well-circumscribed, hypoechoic, and predominantly solid mass of approximately 5.3 × 4.0 × 3.4 cm in the right lobe of the fetal liver (arrow).
