  1. *In spite of the p-value < 0.2, birth weight was not included in the multivariate model, because of its strong association with macrosomia. Moreover, macrosomia as a binary variable was a better fit for the model. Maternal age and BMI were also added to the multivariable model due to their importance in the literature.
