Serum and breastmilk anti-SARS-CoV-2 antibodies levels in relation to former SARS-CoV-2 exposure (asymptomatic or symptomatic). Levels of anti-SARS-CoV-2 IgG and IgA antibodies in serum and breastmilk were highly associated with former virus exposure (p <  0.001). No statistically significant difference in any antibody level was observed between asymptomatic and symptomatic COVID-19 study participants
