^aOne patient with III° AVB did not install pacemaker before emergency cesarean section due to premature delivery and fetal distress. During the operation, isoproterenol was pumped (1 mg/50ml, 3 ml/h), and then the patient was transferred to cardiology department for pacemaker placement after the operation immediately
