∙ history of caesarean section or other uterus operation

∙ history of placental retention or postpartum hemorrhage

∙ history of obstetrical anal sphincter injuries

∙ history of herpes genitalis

∙ uterus malformation

∙ in vitro fertilization/

intracytoplasmic sperm injection

∙ gestational age < 37 completed weeks

∙ multiple pregnancy

∙ oligo- /polyhydramnios

∙ fetal growth restriction

∙ fetal macrosomia

∙ congenital malformation

∙ maternal disease (e.g. diabetes, epilepsy, thrombophilia, cardiac/pulmonary disease)

∙ preeclampsia

∙ gestational diabetes

∙ placenta praevia

∙ drug abuse

∙ myoma > 5 cm

∙ vaginal bleeding

∙ active hepatitis

∙ active condylomata
