Study design. The measurement procedure was divided into three phases; baseline, relaxation, and recovery measurement. Headphones were provided at the beginning of T1 in all groups. Each phase was divided into five-minute segments for analysis. All three groups (music, guided imagery, resting) completed the same periods (Baseline, Relaxation, Recovery) of the study
