Sonographic images of a 22-gestational-week fetus diagnosed with interrupted IVC and azygos continuation. In the 4CV, a venous-like structure was detected adjacent to the DAO (a). Gradual rotation of the ultrasound beam; this structure was visualized to drain into the RA (b), and suspected to be the azygos.
