Fasting plasma glucose (FPG) levels <92 mg/dl or 2-h values in the 75-g oral glucose tolerance test (OGTT) of <153 mg/dl at 24-28 weeks of pregnancy

Weight-for-age, height-for-age and BMI-for-age Z-scores based on WHO standards (between -2 and +2SD)
