Longitudinal sFlt-1 levels during pregnancy by PAPP-A status and pregnancy diagnosis. PAPP-A MOM levels were dichotomized: low PAPP-A MOM (< median PAPP-A MOM) or high PAPP-A (≥ median PAPP-A MOM). A majority of women with preeclampsia were classified as low PAPP-A MOM (PE-LowPAPPA). Women with PE-LowPAPPA had the greatest change in sFlt-1 levels between the 1st and 3rd trimesters, compared with women with normal pregnancy, regardless of PAPP-A status (NLPreg-LowPAPPA and NLPreg-HighPAPPA, p < 0.02).
