  1. aIn the UK, Health visitors are nurses or midwives who have undertaken additional training in community public health nursing to become specialist community public health practitioners
  2. bWhilst recruitment was also open to members of staff from maintenance, cleaning, and security, we were unable to recruit any respondents from these aspects of the service
