Values in table represent the coefficients on the interaction term between a binary variable for whether a pregnancy occurred during the post-period (i.e., on or after July 2010) and a binary variable for whether a woman’s pre-pregnancy body mass index was categorized as overweight versus obese. Coefficients for binary outcomes were multiplied by 100 and therefore represent a change in percentage points. Analysis involved multivariable linear models (i.e., linear probability models for binary outcomes). Covariates included women’s age, race/ethnicity, education, marital status, insurance for prenatal care, parity, household income in the year prior to delivery, and delivery year
