TCS suppresses the proliferation and invasion while inducing the inflammatory response of trophoblast cells in vitro via modulation of miR-218-1-3p/SLC35C1 axis. A SLC35C1 expression was tested by RT-qPCR in the Control group, TCS group, TCS + miR-218-1-3p inhibitor group and TCS + miR-218-1-3p inhibitor+sh-SLC35C1#1 group. B-C Cell proliferation and invasion were evaluated in different groups via CCK-8 and transwell assays. D-H RT-qPCR and western blot analyzed the expression of IL-6, IL-1β, TNF-α and CXCL-8 in different groups.
