  1. aOdds ratio of having a spontaneous vaginal delivery or operative vaginal birth with respect to maternal country of birth
  2. bOdds ratio of having an spontaneous vaginal delivery or operative vaginal birth after adjustment for all variables significant at the univariate level. These variables included maternal age group, BMI, parity, baby birthweight, private care, length of first stage, length of second stage, induction of labor, augmentation of labor and use of epidural
  3. cOdds ratio of having an emergency cesarean birth with respect to maternal country of birth
