Sample selection of women who met the inclusion criteria from the 2006 cross-sectional household survey. From the participants of the primary study, women who had neither given birth in their life time nor had a miscarriage were excluded from this study. Women who reported being currently pregnant were only eligible for the study provided this was not their first pregnancy
