  1. 1 Diagnosis based on Structured Clinicial Interview of DSM-IV disorders axis I and II (SCID I and SCID II) by a certified professional.
  2. 2 Data given as median (Q1;Q3).
  3. 3 Based on a z-score for socio-economic status nationally available at the website of the Central Bureau of Statistics ( http://statline.cbs.nl/StatWeb/dome/default.aspx ).
  4. 4 Defined as current sexual/physical abuse, or still suffering from a past history of sexual/physical abuse.
  5. 5 Defined as smoking at least one cigarette a day.
  6. 6 Defined as consuming at least one glass of alcohol a week.
  7. All items were part of the Mind2Care screen-and-advice instrument, except for: professional psychiatric treatment ever, traumatic experience ever, feelings of a depressed mood ever, panic attack ever, current psychiatric symptoms, current severe depressiv.
