  3. • Central Africa: Cameroon, Democratic Republic of Congo.
  4. • East Africa: Eritrea, Kenya, Malawi, Mauritius, Mozambique, Rwanda, Tanzania, and Uganda.
  5. • North Africa: Morocco.
  6. • Southern Africa: Lesotho, Namibia, South Africa, and Zambia.
  7. • West Africa: Burkina Faso, Ghana, Guinea Bissau, Nigeria, and Sierra Leone.
  8. American Region: Canada, Haiti, St Kitts and Nevis, and USA.
  9. European Region: Belgium, Israel, Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, Romania, Sweden, Switzerland, and the United Kingdom.
  10. Eastern Mediterranean Region: West Bank and Gaza Strip, Pakistan, Saudi Arabia, Sudan.
